1.) The guests accommodated in the RTA and visitors should observe these rules. Failure to comply with these rules will result in management reserving the right to ask guests to leave the property. Upon arrival the guest will pay a deposit of € 150,00 which will be returned to him/her at the end of stay if no damage occurs.
2.) Management is not responsible for items and other valuable items left in the apartments or parking lot. Management does not assume any responsibility for damage caused to cars. Each apartment has a parking space for 1 car.
3.) Those not resident are forbidden to enter the RTA. If access is required, an authorisation will be granted upon presentation of an identity document. The number of visitors to an apartment must correspond to the number of beds and no more.
4.) Guests must keep the volume down on the TV and any other audio devices so as not to disturb other guests. Quiet times must be observed from 24.00 h to 8.00 h and from 13.00 h to 15.00 h.
5.) It absolutely forbidden to use wooden clogs, smoke in the apartments and common areas and dispose of sanitary items in the toilet and other food waste and various oils in the dishwasher and / or sink.
6.) It is forbidden to hang washing outside. No items are allowed to be hung on railings or left in walkways. Please use the appropriate drying area.
7.) Small pets are permitted inside the residence.
8.) The apartment can be occupied as soon as it is available, but not before 15.00 h on the day of arrival and must be vacated no later than 10.00 h on the day of departure. No requests for flexible arrival/departure times will be accepted. If the departure time is not respected management will deduct € 50.00 from the initial deposit.
9.) The rate or the price of stay is determined by the type of apartment and duration,
independent of a guest’s presence. Stays can be for a week (minimum) from Saturday to Saturday during the months of July and August. A daily rate can be applied if agreed with management. For the remainder of the year, the duration of a stay is flexible. Our rates are published on our website.
10.) If a guest fails to clean the crockery used before departure, he/she will be charged € 20,00. For a weekend break or long weekend, bed linen and towels are included. For weekly stays, the bed linen change is done each Saturday.
11.) If the online booking mechanism is not used, to reserve an apartment, a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay should be sent by bank transfer. During the months of July and August, the balance must be paid within 7-10 days prior to arrival. For the rest of the year the balance can be paid upon arrival. If the 7-10 day period prior to arrival is not respected, management will cancel the booking and the customer will forfeit the amount already paid as a deposit.
12.) A reservation guarantees the number of apartment(s) booked and not the location or the numerical indication of same. Management will decide depending on availability and reserves the right to take into account the preferences expressed at the time of booking.
13.) Following a booking, in case of cancellation outside the cancellation period, which must be in written form, the amount deposited will not be refunded. Any other amounts for postponed arrivals or early departures will not be refunded.
